I’m in a relationship but I still think a lot about my ex boyfriends. Does that mean that I don’t really love my current boyfriend? HELP!

I see why you must be confused, but I don’t think thinking about your ex’s necessarily means you don’t love your boyfriend. Thinking about ex’s or a past crush is completely natural, I mean, everyone gets a little curious about what their life would be like if they were dating someone else. However, if this goes beyond mere curiosity and gets to the point where you’re thinking about your ex’s constantly and you’d rather spend time with them then your current boyfriend then I think you’d have to take a little time to evaluate what it is you want and where you want your relationship to go. Goodluck!

Your on to something here. It would be interesting if you made a poll on body image. Do you think that most girls like what they see when they look in the mirror? I don’t!!

I actually have, if you’ve seen this picture on our Facebook page:

This statistic was based on a survey I did right before launching One Silver Lining. Other statistics I’ve gathered from that survey include that 79% of girls feel that Body Image / Eating Disorders are the biggest issues facing teen girls today, also 40% of girls have starved themselves or made themselves throw up in an effort to look skinnier. As well as 85% of girls said they’d rather talk to a friend when they had a problem over a parent, teacher or sibling, which is why I feel having teen girls helping other teen girls is such an important part of OSL!

If you’d like to make a similar survey within your school send me the results at info@onesilverlining.com and I’ll post it to the website!
